SHANGRALA'S

ROTATING SKYSCRAPERS!

      An awesome feature of this building will be the rotation of most floors around the central core, irrespective of the movement of other floors. Thus, floors will not be identical, which will allow the building to change the form constantly.
      The tenants of the 'villas' can rotate their Villas according to the sun from sunrise to sunset, just by a voice-activated system. These are planned for Moscow, Dubai and New York.

NOTE: Plans for the Dynamic Towers were first unveiled in 2008 with a start date of 2010. Delays in planning permission and structural design tweaks are said to have pushed this back.
