SHANGRALA'S

BALLOON PARTY!

      Designers have come up with a new set of eye-catching dresses to go to a party that are made entirely from balloons! Miss Laibstain, of Richmond, Virginia, and Mr Jones, of Cincinnati, Ohio, exhibited their work at the Kim Tom clown festival fashion show in Shanghai, China.

      Niko Fric, 38, from Slovenia, even exhibited a wedding dress which took more than 10 hours to make and uses around 300 balloons. He said: "This is a new fashion. Balloon dresses are very attractive. People like them very much and there is lots of interest in them."
