Wane.com: Remy Bultemeier, A 12-year-old boy 6th grader at Wyneken Memorial Lutheran School
in Decatur, Indiana was left paralyzed after he was wrestling in
a tournament at Huntington North High School on December 4th. Remy and his
opponent hit the mat in an awkward position that broke Remy's neck.
"When I talked to him he said, 'Dad I broke my neck. I can't move and I can't
feel anything," Remy's father, Corbin Bultemeier, explained.
The first thing Remy asked for was a phone call to their pastor for a prayer.
Within a half-hour, he was getting feeling back in his toes and fingers and
could feel the medics touching him.
