GRIZZLY BEAR KILLED BY PICKUP!

That morning, at about 3:45, a logger driving a big Dodge diesel pickup truck on Highway 200 near Lincoln, Montanaen en route to Missoula hit something, but he wasn't sure what, and he kept going. But a few miles later, after realizing his radiator was shot, he thought it best to turn around. He arrived back to find a massive 830-pound male grizzly bear dead in a ditch. The animal was killed instantly. The following photographs were taken later that day on October 17, 2007 by Dennis Smrdel.

This is one critter you wouldn't want
to meet in a dark alley! Look at those Claws!
